		<description>I like your idea about the authenticity prompts... but also really tricky. Organisations have learnt so well to be authentically inauthentic that we don&#039;t really know anymore how to be authentically authentic - and well, we have learnt ourselves to be inauthentically authentic - if you know what I mean?!

Would be great to break through that cycle, and truly surprise people with questions that make them think freely and respond from their own values - not from any prompted expectations.
