It’s our first authentic piece of Flair!!
AuthenticOrganizations is delighted to join three other "Blogs on Organizations" on EvanCarmichal.com’s list of Top 50 HR Blogs in 2009.

Why is this exciting?
- At the very least, it’s fun to be listed on a site with over 385,000 visitors a month… maybe a few of them will swing by here and get snagged up in conversation about authenticity, identity reputation and purpose.
- It’s flattering to be listed along with the organizational blogging grandaddies -pioneers, OrgTheory.net.
- Plus, EvanCarmichael.com also discovered two other blogs about organizations that I hadn’t seen before and that I’m quite glad to find.
Check out:
White Spaces, Gautam Gosh’s "commentary on business and management with an Indian flavour, focusing on organizations, work, people, strategy, learning, knowledge, innovation and high performance."
Flip Chart Fairy Tales, offering "reflections on business, the world of work and the general organisational crap that we all have to put up with in the course of our employment."
- But I’ll admit, the best part is that I get a blog badge! Our first authentic piece of flair! I’ve received a few of these on my au pair host parent blog, www.AuPairMom.com , but this blog bling is the first for my ‘serious’ blog. We’re happy to wear it.
I’m not naive to the marketing dynamics behind "Top n of X" lists. Please, I study branding and reputation… But, given the number of blogs out there in the HR space, it’s nice to find AuthenticOrganizations.com among such great company.
