Great stuff, though, like all promising practices, it may not work in all contexts.  I&#039;m thinking about the industry I used to work in - construction, where layoffs were a fact of life, expected and factored into employees&#039; work choices and lifestyles.  Similar with some other occupations, industries I suspect</description>
